Tax Senior Manager- Private Client Services

We are hiring both Manager and Senior Manager levels.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex tax returns andperform detail level reviews of work papers, allocations, and tax returns, as well as preparing materials and research for consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities
• Work with an engagement team and draw on your experience toprovidetax compliance and consulting services to clients
• Oversee overall client experiences including deadline management/client expectations
• Calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research, and manage tax partner expectations
• Handle billing/WIP management
• Review the tax returns and manage tax workflow
• Coordinate multiple engagement teams schedules and deadlines
• Operate in adynamic environment, coach staff/seniors/managers,and share your knowledge and experience with the entire team

Qualifications:

• CPA or JDrequired5+ years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm
• Solidunderstating ofchallengesrelated to corporation and partnership returns.
• Experience conducting tax researchand analyzinga wide variety of tax issues, including partnerships, s-corps, individuals, and corporations,andassistingwith the compliance and investor reporting process.
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc. Required
• Strong understanding of CCH Axcessrequired
