We provide virtual CFO, accounting, tax strategy & filing, tax controversy & resolution, and fraud & forensic investigation services to business and individual clients.

We are seeking a Tax Reviewer (full- or part-time, contract-to-hire) to join our growing tax team to help drive this mission forward. As Tax Reviewer, you will review tax returns, estimates, projections, workpapers, and other tax deliverables efficiently and to a high standard of accuracy and quality.

Areas of Responsibility
- Review tax returns, estimates, projections, workpapers, and other tax deliverables efficiently and to a high standard of accuracy and quality
- Bring partially-completed tax returns to the finish line as needed by wrapping up the preparation and doing a first-level review
- Communicate with clients to request information, answer questions, and update on the status of their work
- Review completed returns with clients and answer questions prior to filing

- Timeliness and accuracy of tax deliverables
- Production and quality goals as set by management

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years experience reviewing business and individual returns
- Extensive corporate/partnership/individual/multistate tax knowledge. Trust experience tax knowledge a plus. Expertise in tax code, compliance and procedures with business clients

- Licensed CPA or EA preferred
