We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Project Senior Manager to lead our Tax Project initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various Tax Projects, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance on tax-related matters. 
 

Job Description: 

• Lead and manage various Tax Projects, providing guidance on a range of tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and reporting. 
• Collaborate with and manage internal stakeholders and external advisors to execute Tax Projects effectively. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, and other business units, to ensure accurate and timely completion of Tax Projects. 
• Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and emerging trends relevant to ongoing and upcoming Tax Projects. 
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize efficiencies and mitigate risks associated with Tax Projects. 
• Provide input and guidance on the overall tax position of GE Vernova in the context of ongoing and upcoming Tax Projects. 
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams within finance and across the organization to align Tax Projects with broader business objectives. 
• Mentor and provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. 
• Undertake additional tax-related tasks and projects as needed.  
   

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Tax Project management, preferably in a multinational corporation or consulting environment. 
• Written and verbal fluency in English.

• Understanding of international tax laws and regulations. 
• Experience with project management methodologies. 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
