In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients. To be able to thrive in this position, you’ll require strong analytical skills along with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Graduation degree with a minimum score of 60% is necessary. Also required are Strong PC skills, knowledge of Internet Browsers, CRM Systems (Siebel/Clarify), ADP/QuickBooks Pro/Payroll software (optional), Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, current with technology and systems tools that are used to resolve Tax related matters. This position also demands a high degree of adaptability and flexibility to work under pressure constraints and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Also, should be flexible to work night shifts – US timings.
