Major responsibilities
- Interact with clients to gather required information/documents
- Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments
- Produce other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Put transaction tax returns in order utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Conclude and invoice for form preparation fees
- Provide factual data into Tax software application- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Comprehensive knowledge of C Corp
- CCH ProSystem Fx experience
- Command of E1041
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
