Job Responsibilities

• Main contact for smaller international clients while assisting partners and managers on larger international clients with all facets of tax compliance and consulting
• Conducting tax research and planning for your own clients and of other groups within the firm
• Assisting partners to develop new business opportunities
• Developing an expertise and gaining exposure to various specialties within our industry such as: Foreign businesses expanding to the U.S , US businesses expanding overseas , Inbound real estate investments , Foreign "Voluntary Disclosure" projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year experience in tax consulting/compliance within public accounting with a focus in International Tax, including but not limited to working on forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Taxation or LLM with a concentration in Taxation/International Taxation
• CPA or equivalent credential
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $60,000 - $90,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
