Position Profile
Weaver is looking for entry-level Tax Associates to join our growing teams. A Tax Associate prepares various types of federal and state tax returns for clients in a variety of industries and researches related key issues as needed. A Tax Associate also assists with other tax planning and consulting projects. A Weaver Associate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity. A Weaver Associate enjoys flexibility, meaningful and diverse client work, a supportive and innovative work environment, four (4) weeks of paid time off per year, and many more benefits.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
- 0-1+ years of public accounting or industry experience, or a combination of both
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills

Annual Base Pay Range for California and New York: $75,000 - $80,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
