Tax Advisor Sr. (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Manage several tax filings for all group and affiliate companies on a quarterly and annual basis, per local or country/government tax regulations and requirements.
• Work with senior management and tax consultant on enterprise tax planning in response to tax laws and regulation evolvement.
• Quarterly compliance certificate with all the banks involved.
• Assist with yearly auditing.
• Support the accounting and audit departments with the development of regulations and implementing corrective actions in report findings.
• Responsible for all tax operations, reconciliations, and consolidation of month-closing reports.
• Participate in SAP projects and new affairs.
• Assist with peer-to-peer processes.
• Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Finance or related fields along with a valid California CPA a must (MBA and ACCA preferred)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese required
• 5+ years of experience as a Tax consultant or General Accountant at a senior level with a CPA firm preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP is a must
• Working knowledge of (GAAP)
• Good analytical and excel skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and self-starter.
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments
• Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mindset.
• Interpersonal skills, including collaboration and communication.
