Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Tax Accountant. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining financial records, reconciling account balances, and preparing and submitting tax documents. They will also assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, and provide support to the accounting department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Experience with tax preparation and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or CPA track is a PLUS!
- Experience in a similar role or in the financial services industry is a plus!
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
