Tax Accountant

Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is seeking a fulltime, direct hire, Tax Accountant for an excellent client in West Palm, FL.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
Reviews products and services to maximize system security, manageability, performance and reliability.
Assist clients with tax audits and represent them before tax authorities.
Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
3+ years of Public Accounting Experience
Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Trust accounting & tax preparation experience is a plus
Strong writing and communication skills
