Tax Accountant

This is a great opportunity for a Tax Accountant early in their career (1+ years) looking to become a company who will help them grow into a Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Accounting partner. We will help you sharpen your skills and set your own pace for your career goals.

Starting Pay will be dependent on years and level of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare business and individual tax returns to be reviewed by Senior Accountant team
- Continously improve tax preparation skills
- Utilize Tax Preparation software (Lacerte)
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service to our clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, not required
- Proven experience in tax accounting or related role
- Strong desire to grow expertise in Tax Accounting
- Strong desire to provide excellent support to clients and team members
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
