Tasting Room Manager

Carr Winery, a small production winery in Santa Barbara County since 1999, is looking to hire a Tasting Room Manager for the Santa Barbara location. Candidates must be responsible, friendly, professional, and outgoing with a love for wine.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Tasting Room and guest experience at Carr Winery in downtown Santa Barbara.
- Provide guests with a knowledgeable and enjoyable experience.
- Assist in the operational supervision and quality performance of the Tasting Room including the management and coordination of Tasting Room staff.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
- Assist with wine club and shipping logistics
- Plan and coordinate Tasting Room events and large group visits
- Represent winery at outside functions as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
