Responsibilities:

• • Manage Tasting Room Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Tasting Room, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
    • Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal service levels.
    • Conduct staff training on product knowledge, customer service, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Foster a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for guests, providing expert guidance on our beers and their unique qualities.
    • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Coordinate and execute special events and private parties.
    • Maintain and enhance the brand's social media.
    • Work with our food partner to ensure optimal guest experience.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding alcohol service and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• • • • Proven experience in a similar role within the craft beer or beverage industry, with a track record of success.
      • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic inventory management software.
      • In-depth knowledge of craft beer production and appreciation is a plus.
