-Oversee and promote wine sales
- Oversee the daily operations of the Tasting Room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized room environment, following health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
-Develop and manage culinary experiences
- Previous management experience in the winery hospitality industry is required
-Deep knowledge of wine, food, and consumer insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
