What You'll Get to Do:
Primary duties will be to ensure Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) training is obtained for all students requiring the course. This will include Liaison with all Pilot, NFO, and Aircrew Task groups as well as Navy and Marine personnel support departments to coordinate available SERE quotas. Additionally, the analyst will be required to liaise with and track student progression through the TG NAC pipeline including Recruit Training Command (RTC); Naval Aircrew Candidate (NACCS), Aircrew Rescue Swimmer (ARSS), and "A" Schools to hand off to Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS) and to produce routine reports, assist in the preparation and presentation of technical briefings and provide metrics analysis to the on-site government chain of command and higher authority in support of the NAPP S.
More About the Role:
Furthermore, the analyst will be required to enter, analyze and interpret TG NAC production data. Data will be entered into standard NAPP data management systems including the NAPP Integrated Production Data Repository (NIPDR). The analyst will review statistical data looking for errors and erroneous figures and then research and analyze problem areas working towards an accurate and precise solution. The analyst will be tasked to prepare briefs on production status and current state of NAPP initiatives leading to cost effective improvements in the training process. Furthermore, he/she will be act on behalf of and perform routine administrative tasking for the TG NAC production manager in his/her absence as appropriate and within capabilities.
The analyst will collaborate with dispersed CACI and government representatives, and be integrated as a valued team member in the overall management of the training process related to metrics to support production decisions. The analyst will perform assigned functions and coordinate with other team members electronically, by telephone, or in person, as appropriate.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field OR equivalent experience and one to two years of production analysis experience.
- Must be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment, and committed to long term employment.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
- Must have personal transportation and comply with all vehicular/personnel requirements necessary to access U.S. Military installations.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Required Hardware/Software Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with web browser technologies, common data entry requirements and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Internet. Access, NIPDR and CeTARS knowledge a plus.
Required Certifications:
- Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Thorough understanding of the enlisted aircrew training continuum from Delayed Entry Program through Recruit Training Command (RTC), Naval Aircrew Candidate School (NACCS), Aviation Rescue Swimmer School (ARSS), applicable class 'A' school, and the Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS). Working knowledge of NIPDR and the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) database programs.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; personable team player. Mature, analytical thinker.
