TAP - Admissions & Collections Clerk - CHC-Hemet Bilingual Spanish

The County of Riverside's University Health System-Community Health Clinic is seeking an Admissions & Collection Clerk to join their CHC-Hemet team. The incumbent will be responsible for processing forms, using a computer to enter patient information, receiving and reconciling copays, ordering supplies, making reminder phone calls, reconciling work queues via Epic; as well as perform specialized clerical work which includes: checking in and registering patients, verifying insurances, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting payments, and answering phones; and other duties as assigned. These positions are located in Riverside.
This position has a 5/40 schedule, from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Bilingual candidates with previous professional experience with Epic Hyper Drive are highly preferred.
