K-Solv Wash is a network of tank cleaning, maintenance, and industrial services offering comprehensive inspections, testing, and repairs for various industries. We service a variety of bulk containers, including Tank Trailers, IBC/ Totes containers, ISO containers, Roll-off containers, and FRAC Tanks.
We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Tank Wash Foreman. Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Tank Wash Foreman will oversee the daily production and coordination of the wash technicians, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines and Company safety procedures.
Work shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday, weekends may apply depending on volume of work
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily production and coordination of wash technicians; evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to leadership
- Train new employees, monitor progress, and identify areas of development
- Analyze the quality and effectiveness of the work performed
- Conduct daily huddles and facility walks
- Safely and effectively prepare, clean, and inspect containers and ancillary equipment in accordance with established methods and applicable regulations
- Manually clean, install, fit, and repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets and other and equipment
- Operate all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, air electrical and/or mechanical equipment including hot and/or cold air blow drying systems, in accordance with operation training and guidelines and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment in optimal working order and perform regular maintenance to maximize production
- Sweep and shovel waste into drums for proper disposal
- Operate appropriate equipment to move containers around the facility as requested
- Assist with monitoring inventory of supplies and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure employees follow safety guidelines and perform duties in a safe manner
- Observe all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and properly use equipment
- Maintain open communication with team members and leadership
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Two (2) or more years of industrial, tank cleaning, or similar work experience
- One (1) or more years of lead, foreman, or supervisory experience in similar work environment
- Must be able to meet criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards

- Ability to work in outdoor elements, unpleasant odors, exposure to fumes, and extreme weather conditions heat, cold, etc.
- Physical stamina required for position and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
