The Position :
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent/HR Coordinator to join our roster and play pivotal role in supporting the organization's Talent, HR operations, and employee experience.
Reporting to the Director, Talent, the Talent/HR Coordinator will be responsible for performing a broad range of duties across multiple HR functional areas including but not limited to: HRIS processing, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding and General Administration. This is a great role for someone who is process driven, an excellent communicator and looking to expand the depth of their knowledge and experience with a small HR team dedicated to providing professional development opportunities.
The Game Plan :
(What you'll do)
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Post job openings, source candidates, review resumes, conduct pre-screens and schedule interviews.
- Manage accurate employee data via HRIS.
- Support Talent Acquisition team through the recruitment life cycle.
- Maintain the ATS to ensure accurate data, metrics, reporting and optimal candidate experience.
- Draft various HR letters and other correspondence.

- 's degree or 2+ years of relevant experienced
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Passionate about learning, contributing, and growing in all areas of Human Resources.
- Critical thinker, problem solver and have outstanding written and communication abilities.
- Perform tasks with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and customer centric. Organized and a self-starter.
The base salary compensation range for this role is $26.44/hr. to $31.25/hr. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
