The Talent Management Analytics Analyst collects and analyzes employee data to drive talent insights and support the development of talent scorecards and strategies. Leverages insights to inform progression and identification of opportunity areas across the performance management and talent assessment processes in support of pipeline development.

The Talent Management Analytics Analyst collects and analyzes employee data to drive talent insights and support the development of talent scorecards and strategies. Responsibilities:
- Supports design of process to collect and integrate employee data into easily consumed reports and read-outs
- Partners with TA, HR Ops, Sr. Mgr TM, and other key integration points to develop comprehensive talent summaries based on key data input
- Monitors feedback data and engagement and defines metrics to assess retention risks
- Serves as project manager for talent scorecard design, development and ongoing updates
- Analyzes data to identify talent issues and opportunity areas and inform design of talent strategies to develop the leadership pipeline.
- Supports in collecting and developing data insights for Talent Management team initiatives including career development planning, performance management, talent assessment and Succession Planning.

- Internal: HR Business leaders, HRLT, HRLT Direct Reports, Talent Management Team Leadership
- External: Survey vendors
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's or PhD degree preferred in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related field.
Related Experience/Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management or other relevant area.
- Strong research, data analysis, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills are critical
- Experience managing large data sets in Excel
