Purpose: Collaborates in the implementation of Personnel Development plans and in the Performance Appraisal Process within the region or functional area. Designs the key personnel development plan, people review, performance appraisal process, among other HR processes.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in Talent Development, organizational development, or related HR function.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerBi, power tools), with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Understanding of the HR functions and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Collaborates in the People Review Process, analyzing Talent Pool and providing support to coaching activities.
- Assist in the implementation of Talent Development programs, including development initiatives, career paths, interviews with employees, Exit Interviews, etc.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of Talent Development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify key employees and create personalized development plans.
- Provide support and guidance to employees seeking career development opportunities, including mentoring, coaching, and resource referrals.
- Assist in the development of performance management processes and tools to support ongoing feedback and development conversations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to Talent Development and employee training.
- Supports in the resolution of complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
