Duties:
- Establish and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against both immediate and future priorities with specific emphasis on critical pipelines; Brand, Commercial, Merchandising, Design, Retail etc.
- Cultivate relationships with key candidates and talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization.
- Play a key role in the on-line presence of our client's Employment Brand, manage virtual candidate pools with external databases and maintain accurate data for our client own CRM models.
- Enhance team capability to convert passive prospects to active candidates and hires across for the organization.
- Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs with specific emphasis on diverse talent acquisition.
- Build strong external partnerships with affinity-organizations, vendors and supplier/partners with the purpose of engaging broader talent communities.
- Build a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base and create methods of sharing this information with Recruiters, our client Talent Management and senior leaders in the organization.
- Deliver on key performance indicators including phone-time metrics, diversity of candidate pools and volume based candidate generation.
- Successful independent and collaborative Project Management abilities, delivering upon work streams within high priority projects with both short and long-term deliverables.
- Demonstrated success managing Talent Acquisition processes either within consultancy / agency environment or in-house corporate.
- Passion for and experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing diverse, talented profiles.
- Demonstrated success of translating sourcing theory to real-world practice including emphasis on delivering diverse talent acquisition results.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management internally.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are a must, including finely-tuned people acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative orientation in team environment and a very high level of personal efficiency.
- Ability to effectively interface and develop internal partnerships with strong emphasis placed on leading without authority and peer-to-peer coaching.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, to interpret business needs and manage candidate engagement within challenging recruitment process.
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
- Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as, annual hiring plan and cost/time to hire standards.
