Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TriNova, you will play a crucial role in growing and shaping our workforce by identifying and recruiting the best talent available. You will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This position will be on-site in our Mobile, AL corporate office. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and expectations for open positions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company’s standards and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations and beginning the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, both actively and passively seeking new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategically selected colleges and universities regarding early career recruiting.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in Talent Acquisition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now strongly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to travel (typically around 10-15%)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition required
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus or willingness to obtain an HR certification within one year of employment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
