Job description

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition will focus the majority of their time on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding support for our dermatology, vein, and plastic surgery physician practice partners. The incumbent will also provide HR department specialist support in carrying out projects, functions, programs and procedures for company employees, providers, and prospective employees. This includes, but is not limited to: HRIS administration, performance management, compensation administration, employee relations, leave management, and employee engagement/recognition. Assists with providing routine accurate advisement and excellent customer service to employees, providers, prospective employees, and organization leadership as it relates to HR.


Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages the full cycle recruiting, advertising, sourcing, pre-screening, interview facilitation, pre-employment responsibilities, and onboarding process of both clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies and provide guidance on industry trends. Coordinates and executes the administration of diversity recruiting efforts.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by facilitating the distribution of notification checklists and processing employee status changes within the HRIS (e.g. -new hires, pay changes, job title changes, dept transfers, terminations, etc.) in timely fashion.
  • Oversees all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background investigations including reference checks, drug testing, etc.) to ensure compliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance
  • Facilitates onboarding by conducting orientation, as assigned. Create and perform ongoing maintenance of HR files, records, databases, and I-9s
  • Provides overall HR operational support across all functional areas. This may include, but is not limited to: providing HR advisement to internal and external customers, providing administrative coordinator support to HR functional areas, and leveraging technology to maximize efficiency.
  • Provides input into the development and updating of company policies, as needed. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience required.
  • Previous healthcare HR experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are a plus.
