What you'll be doing...
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support by responding to issues involving the installation, maintenance and support of Windows desktops/servers, phones/ printer hardware, LAN/WAN, and other computer peripherals and company devices.
- Windows server configuration and support for 150+ servers, most of which are virtual
- Configure and install servers, assists with network hardware, software and operating systems
- Configure maintain and support existing disk storage solutions
- Provide outstanding customer service while responding to user calls, emails, and helpdesk tickets
- Provide guidance and support for more junior members of the team
- Maintain documentation for implementations, maintenance, upgrades, and inventory
- Maintain high level of security, including up-to-date security software releases
- Ensure backups performed, monitored and maintained for all servers and company devices
Who you are...
- Educated. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MCSE certification preferred
- Experienced. 7 years exp. as a Systems Administrator or similar position; UNIX exp a plus
- Knowledgeable. Hardware/Software systems & troubleshooting, Windows desktop/server administration & Active Directory
- Meticulous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly assess and analyze problems
- Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence

- Salary range of $8,892 - $12,030 per month (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
