Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Recruitment Team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full global candidate recruitment and sourcing strategy development for our global offices (currently 14 countries).
- Ability to review resumes, certifications, and experience that align with the position requirements.
- Responsible for candidate source using search tools, networking, and social media to generate a candidate pool.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication during the recruitment process.
- Partner with the global business leaders to negotiate offers with potential candidates during the offer stage.
- Conduct in-person, video and phone interview to qualify candidates.
- Provide guidance and recruiting strategy recommendations to our global hiring managers.
- Facilitate regular communication updates and intake sessions for new and in process requisitions.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement regarding the recruitment process and workflow.
- Manage and coordinate all global communications with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Responsible for creating, formatting, and posting jobs to various job boards and websites.
- Create talent pipelines and execute on research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Ability to plan and support recruiting events to drive.
- Conducting research on global recruitment standards and specific country requirements.
- Monitoring new recruitment trends, technology, and standards within the industry.
- Manage other HR related projects as required or as business needs change.
- Provide excellent service to our hiring teams on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years full life cycle recruiting experience.•Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
- Willingness to work non-standard hours to support the global function
- Detail-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to positively interact with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
