We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team!!
At Kyocera Senco Industrial Tools, Inc., we’re always looking to strengthen our organization by adding great people to our team. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist us with sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring great candidates for various roles within our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, at least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to provide sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
- Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within our organization and utilize insights to improve recruiting process
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
- Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc.
- Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications, as well as create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles across our organization
- Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
- Research Talent Acquisition trends to improve the process
- Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring trends
- Using various channels to source candidates
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers
- General Human Resources knowledge with Recruitment specialization
- Proficiency using systems and tools that support sourcing, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration tools
- Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
- Great customer service with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
