As a member of the Feet First Partners (The Good Feet Store) Talent Acquisition Team, you will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers. The Recruiter will be a part of a dynamic recruiting team that thrives on challenges, embraces change, appreciates teamwork and integrity while having a passion for service.
Responsibilities:
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends candidates to management for retail sales level positions as well as roles in our Home office
- Proactively generates quality candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques while continuously identifying new sourcing channels.
- Maintains effective relationships with social and professional networks to widen candidate sourcing options.
- Maintains applicant tracking system and data base ensuring accuracy of job openings, effectiveness of recruitment process and recruiting methods.
- Consults with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job competencies and hiring parameters and needs are prioritized and understood.
- Responsible for meeting assigned Talent Acquisition metrics to include but not limited to: time to fill, candidate outreach, prescreens, candidate submittals, and verbal offers.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-state recruiting experience, with proven track record of recruiting retail sales associates and manager positions.
- Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to rapidly shift roles, multi-task and balance a workload including recruiting in multiple markets at the same time.
- Demonstrated self-starter and comfortable interacting with candidates in numerous capacities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and documenting activity in such systems consistently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Office 365)
- Proficient with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
