Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Partner (Contract And Remote)

Contractor: This role is for a Contractor, for a fixed duration of time, and will be contracted though our third-party vendor partner agency.

How would we like you to spend your days?

• Sourcing talent - utilizing our current ATS (Workday) and CRM (GR8 People) and various online tools to find talent in the Biomedical and Imaging space
• Nurturing Leads - launching campaigns, building rapport with candidates not currently looking and getting candidates excited about the TRIMEDX brand
• Engaging Leads - speak with candidates about their career aspirations and help them find a potential home with one of our opportunities

What does the right fit look like?

• Prior experience sourcing or pipelining talent in any industry
• Eye for talent and the ability to exercise quick, solid people judgment and accurate decision making
• Strong desire to not give up and ability to find ways to connect with the talent where they are at
• Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment or related field required
