We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in the US. You will play a key role in supporting our local scale-up efforts in this vital market.
You will focus on hiring for non-technical positions across our Commercial and Business teams, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, whilst partnering with stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team to transform challenges into structured, operational excellence.
The People and Culture team at Lenus is a highly skilled and diverse group dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and driving business outcomes.
