Job Description


The salary for this position is $120,000-150,000

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will work alongside the wider Recruitment Team and support our US recruiting activity, specifically for our Paid Media and Martech capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish to pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates
  • Recruit for current vacancies and establish talent pools and facilitate a pipelines for Jellyfish's growth plans
  • Build relationships with both passive and active candidates within the digital marketing sector across our specialist capabilities including: Paid Media, Paid Search, Programmatic, Analytics, Data Science and Customer Success Management
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers, and partner with the wider People team, whilst also providing ongoing support to the wider Recruitment team as a subject matter expert
  • Improve critical metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hires, candidate experience score, diversity hiring rate, and external partner performance
  • Work with our US Managing Director and Department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices
  • Lead the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the Talent Acquisition process
  • Provide expertise in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding, staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience working an internal recruitment role within a marketing agency environment
  • You'll understand and have experience recruiting in the Paid Media and Martech industries in the US
  • Experience using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards.
  • Experience partnering with senior level team members
  • You'll have a genuine passion for driving positive change in our Talent Acquisition processes and enhancing the employee experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Experience delivering global Talent Acquisition projects and goals related to recruitment success and candidate experience
  • Embody a commitment to advancing HR practices and Talent Acquisition strategies that contribute to Jellyfish's overall success
