About the Team:
Building a world where people can safely discover, create, and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Trust & Safety team as we collaborate with our stakeholders on the journey of rapid growth with TikTok. You will be an ambassador of our company and the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with various members of the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow together as one team. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.
Specifically, you will:
- Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
- Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team.
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience and well as cultural fit with our startup environment.
- Lead key initiatives and projects with local team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, with a focus on supporting tech functions for 2+ years.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced search techniques and Boolean logic to effectively source candidates across online databases and sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with a variety of sourcing tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and sourcing automation tools.
- 1+ years of experience supporting Trust & Safety teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and regionally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $174400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
