We're Looking For A:Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for creating and executing Talent Acquisition strategies. This role will conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with the hiring managers and executives to identify, attract, and secure top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for positions at all levels. This role will also be responsible for being knowledgeable of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes, using this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance overall recruitment strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs, departmental objectives, and specific role requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company culture to ensure alignment with prospective candidates.
- Oversee the complete recruiting life cycle, including intake meetings, communication with hiring managers, sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Implement innovative strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility. Provide valuable feedback to hiring managers to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
- Continuously enhance Talent Acquisition processes based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain and manage recruiting data and metrics for hiring managers and the senior leadership team.
- Contribute to other special projects as needed.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and recruiting passive job seekers.
- Proven experience in recruiting within a high-volume environment.
- Innovative and forward-thinking approach to candidate sourcing and job promotion.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of recruiting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated, and driven.
- Effective prioritization of workload with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing culture.
- Passionate about conducting relationship-based recruiting.
- 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
- In-house recruiting experience for an E-commerce/Direct to Consumer company preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $76,800-$102,500, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
