The Talent Acquisition Partner provides a creative, positive, and energetic approach to finding the best and brightest candidates for the communities we serve. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to lend your recruiting skills to support the delivery of inclusive and compassionate services for older adults in Michigan.
What you'll do:
- Source and screen candidates for various communities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline of top talent
- Use your creativity to come up with innovative recruiting strategies and tactics
What it takes:
- A natural born networker with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- The ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to hiring challenges
- A love of technology and an eagerness to stay up to date on trends and tools in recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience as a recruiter preferred.
- Healthcare or senior living recruitment experience preferred.
