About the Role:
GM Financial is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our technology hiring team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry. You will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent.
- Manage a team of recruiters and oversee the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop a Talent Acquisition plan to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective.

- Ability to connect the talent with business strategy and share this with future candidates through storytelling to proactively identify talent internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies.
- Data guru with ability to draw insights to create hiring models and stay ahead of the hiring curve to deliver business priorities.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, human resources and/or related business functions with a focus on technology hiring.
- Proven experience managing a team of recruiters with the ability to drive engagement and collaboration across functions.
- Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, assessment tools and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
