- Leads and manages the Talent Acquisition team and the function across the organization, providing varying levels and types of support and direction for different areas of the business – Support Center/Corporate Office, Distribution Centers, Stores, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborates with leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Sources and attracts qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conducts thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements of the position.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews, assesses candidate qualifications, and facilitates the selection process in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Manages the offer process, negotiates salary benefits, and extends job offers to select candidates.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process.
- Leads efforts to improve and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs), including evaluating current system functionality, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
- Trains hiring managers on the effective use of the ATS system, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Generates reports and analyzes recruitment data from the ATS to measure key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, including advancements in ATS systems.
- Allocates and directs the work of recruiters, developing a cohesive team cross-trained to support different areas of the business based on need.
- Develops, drives and maintains recruitment marketing plan for the company, including managing company presence on all recruiting social sites/channels
- Evaluates current vendors, identifies new vendors, and maintains relationships with various vendors related to recruiting, i.e. job boards, agencies, etc.

- Bachelors degree required
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for all position levels in various areas of the business (stores, distribution center, manufacturing, and corporate office)
- 2+ years experience managing a team
- Expertise in implementing recruitment marketing plans, including expertise with social media recruitment marketing
- Experience in retail preferred
- Proven success using social media to connect and network with potential candidates.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite and online applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
- Broad experience with staffing, compensation, employee relations and federal/state laws
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
