SalarySmartly is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern to join our Global People Team! In this role you will assist with Talent Acquisition recruiting functions, employer branding and administrative tasks for our Global Talent Acquisition team.
Successful candidates must be sociable, have excellent problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential! This is a great learning opportunity and a chance to be a part of our global People team!
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will…
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on various projects from sourcing to Employer Branding and employee engagement
- Explore new and creative ways to identify & engage talent
- Assist with the employee life cycle, including employee welcome procedures, onboarding and engagement
- Work with our US Talent Partners to help manage the orientation process for new Smartlies
- Be involved in employee experience initiatives such as employee well-being and diversity and inclusion, and Employee Resource Group Initiatives
- Assist on ad hoc projects relating to TA and Employer Brand
We are looking for you if you have…
- Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University
- Are working toward a degree program which aligns with their area of interest such as Human Resources Management or Business
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Interest in Ad-Tech and/or Digital Advertising
In this role, you may have exposure to sensitive and confidential information, so discretion and good judgment are required!
Interns will be expected to work 30 hours/week (M-Th) on-site in our Lower Manhattan office. The internship will run from June 3rd through August 9th and is a paid opportunity ($20/hour).
