Intern - People Team / Talent Acquisition

The People Team Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience assisting recruiters in finding and assessing candidates, supporting recruiting coordinators with interview scheduling, and participating in a Job Description Library Project.

• Support Recruiters by Sourcing and Screening Candidates
• Support Recruiting Coordinators with interview scheduling
• Facilitate Onsite Interviews
• Assist with Job Description Library Project
• Other duties as assigned

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program related to the field of Human Resources
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
• Interest in consumer-packaged goods industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
• Ability to be on-site in our Soho, NY office up to 4 days a week.
