Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Meritage Hospitality Group, the nation's largest Wendy's franchisee, developer of West Michigan restaurant concepts like Stan's Tacos and Morning Belle, and soon to be the largest franchisee of Taco John's, is seeking a full-time Talent Acqusition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team!
What You'll Do:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting Hiring Managers wth our recruiting processes and systems. They ensure recruitment systems are functional and updated with current requisition information, along with providing training to operations managers on using these systems in line with the defined recruitment process for hourly workers. They provide collateral to the field, manage online postings, and coordinate other activities with the purpose of providing a regular flow of candidates to active requisitions. They will partner with Hiring Managers to assist with guiding candidates for salaried roles through the hiring process.
Essentials Duties:

• Manages requsition process for candidates in HR Information System (Workday) for assigned salaried roles including sending offer letters and background checks for candidates
• Creates and maintains active job postings on online sources like Indeed and any other sites that may be utilized
• Updates and maintains withing a tracking report with current job posting information to be shared with hiring managers
• Updates location, requisition, and user information in Paradox; provides assistance with troubleshooting and training in Paradox
• Processes recruitment collateral print orders
• Other Duties as assigned

• In office work or 50/50 remote option
• Full time, hourly
