Job TitleTalent Acquisition Coordinator

Location SpecificsThis is a hybrid position, both in-office and remote.
Requirements

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field and six months of human resources experience with recruiting experience preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM/SCP is also preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Position also requires excellent written, verbal and analytical communication skills; analytical and systems thinking; excellent relationship management; and the ability to identify and resolve problems using independent judgment. Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Ideal candidates will also possess experience with: one or more applicant tracking systems, experience recruiting across multiple discipline areas and levels, experience working in multiple areas of sourcing; and conducting job fairs.

Job Summary:

Our goal is to attract top-talent to Delta Dental. By learning about our candidates and sharing our story, we make it our business to help people grow their careers. In this role you will assist with forecasting positions, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and supporting the selection of candidates to meet hiring goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for assigned requisitions.
  2. Partners with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  3. Maintains regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timelessness of the recruitment process in order to meet goals and objectives.
  4. Assists in building professional relationships with high schools, trade schools, colleges and universities, and networks with other professional recruiters and agencies for future sourcing of high-quality candidates.
  5. Assists in implementing strategies to attract passive job seekers to include: job board aggregators, online searches and techniques, social media, networking, employee referral campaigns, university recruitment, job fairs, and others.
  6. Represents the Delta Dental brand and understands, embraces, and promotes the company’s culture and core values throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  7. Participates in staffing related activities and engages in cross functional projects.
  8. Contributes to data integrity within the applicant tracking system, managing candidate's movement through the recruitment process to minimize time to fill and provides a world-class candidate experience.
