As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Be the face of Companion Protect to the community, sharing the Companion Protect vision and purpose with others.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for the Care Organization Non-Exempt roles along with Exempt roles as needed to support the business.
- Proactively recruit and build a pipeline of top talent via several resources including, but not limited to, internet-based research, referrals, networking, industry events, etc.
- Assess and screen candidates with recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure accurate tracking of the full recruitment process in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordination and monitoring pre-employment process, ensuring effective communication with the candidate, HR Business Partner and hiring manager.
- Act as a partner to business leaders in development of the recruitment strategy and driving the strategy from start to finish.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment and hiring trends. Use this knowledge to streamline and improve upon Companion Protect recruitment strategies.
- Work in close partnership with HR Team and Business Leaders to develop a standardized approach to interviews that aligns with Companion Protect values and mission.
- Participate in Selection and Assessment training for hiring managers.
- Build out the campus recruitment and intern program for Companion Protect.
- Work in close collaboration with business and HR leadership to develop a highly effective on-boarding approach that drives belonging from Day 1.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an environment with high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to streamline and drive efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and at different levels across the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
- Highly accountable and takes ownership for areas of responsibility.
- Ability to be flexible, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to foster professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Preferred
- SHRM or other relevant certifications
