Systems Support Intern

We are currently seeking a Systems Support Intern to join the Wagman, Inc. team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated intern looking to gain on the job experience. We like sharp, curious individuals with an interest in solving difficult problems. The individual will be working with the IT team to provide software development support for our ERP and ECM solutions.

Wagman Heavy Civil Inc. has grown to become a nationally recognized leader within the industry. Wagman Heavy Civil Inc's core competencies include design-build, infrastructure, marine construction, modified concrete, grooving and grinding and geotechnical construction services.
Qualifications:

• Working towards a BS or Associates in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Experience with databases (MS SQL Server desired)
• End user support of various company software packages after some training
• Design and implementation of executive dashboards for jobsite reporting
• Basic hardware diagnostics
• External job site support

Essential Functions

• Helping refine and implement software development standards
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of hardware
• Provide training to new users as part of Onboarding process
• Assist with design and planning for new network, security system and keyless access system at new facility
• External job site support

Physical Requirements of the Essential Functions
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout a scheduled work shift.
• Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
• Must be able to work on a computer constantly throughout a work shift.
• Acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing required.
