Job Summary
As a Systems Specialist- ORMB, you will be responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements.
The Systems Specialist serves as a technical designer to identify best solutions and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment, as well as linking business analyst needs and architect definition to technical solutions.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
- Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Core Java
- Requirements definition & management
- SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
- System Performance management
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Strong oral/written communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Prior implementation experience in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) product for US Healthcare domain and having supported the product for at least 2-3 years
- Experience in ORMBA (Analytics) reporting tool and strong OBIEE and ODI development
- Knowledge on ORMB and Golden Gate Replication tools
- Experience in system integration, fit-gap analysis, conversion from legacy systems, exposure to pricing, billing, accounting and payments
- Create detailed technical requirements about how the system is built, including which language it will be programmed in, what standards are to be followed,
- Strong technical experience in Development of ORMB Technical skills required include working in Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
- Provides technical testing guidelines and support IT technical and functional testing efforts with testers and business counterparts
- Good understanding of Oracle Utility Application Framework and Configuration Tools
- Performs technical design reviews and code reviews for peers
- Coordinates on-call support and ensures effective monitoring of system
- Maintains technical development environment
- Provide root cause Analysis on the recurring tickets and provide design solutions to prevent them from occurring
- Should be flexible to support additional tasks of Release Management, Defect prevention activities, Code reviews etc
- Ability to work in an on - shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents
- Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
- Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation
NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, RICHARDSON TX, Tulsa, OK ~ relocation will not be offered.
