SAIC has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Systems Integrator! We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented candidate to support the front office for a key customer organization. The successful candidate will apply a well-rounded set of skills and relevant customer experience to support a variety of senior customer leaders and job functions in an exciting and dynamic environment. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that requires interactions with numerous stakeholders, the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion, and the ability to meet sometimes tight deadlines, operating independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree, although experience can be substituted
- Ability to function in a pseudo-Deputy Chief of Staff capacity, working closely with customer front office leaders to support their organization. Strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgement are required.
- Great communication skills because you will provide communications support on behalf of the organization to include website content management and curation, publication of the monthly newsletter, and management of the organization’s Confluence site.
- Experience supporting a variety of activities to include organizing agendas for meetings, capturing and disseminating read ahead material, capturing and distributing minutes from weekly leadership meetings, etc
- Provide administrative support to include managing calendars and booking conference rooms for senior leaders
