In this job you will design, review and modify Test Program Sets (TPSs) for Javelin programs. To qualify for this job you will have active U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance and 8+ years of experience in engineering labs and production facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design / redesign current test adapters, modifying and reviewing test software.
- Integrate test adapters with existing common core test stations
- Create validation plans and certify ITAs/TPSs for production.
- Collaborate with other E&T functions and Production Operations to develop requirements and technical solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science and 8+ years of experience or Master of Science and 6+ years of experience
- U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship required
- Must the ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Experienced in Electrical Design (cable design, circuit board design, etc.).
- Experienced in hardware troubleshooting to find defects in manufactured test adapters.
- Demonstrated experience with Automated Test Equipment and Test Methodologies
- Moderate to advanced programming knowledge of LabVIEW, Lab Windows CVI and TestStand
- Familiar with Design Assurance Processes and capable of organizing reviews.
- Familiarity with fundamental electro-optical principles.
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in hardware troubleshooting to find defects in manufactured test adapters
- Experience interpreting Test Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
