Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Work with customers to document integration requirements and produce design documentation.
- Develop integration architectural designs for solutions and present them to customer’s technical teams.
- Develop and configure integrations for new customers.
- Support customers in testing their application connectivity with internal applications.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of data transfer protocols (HTTPs, SFTP, AS2, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting web applications, and the ability to identify client side, server side and connectivity errors.
- Experience with XML, Flat File, and similar formats.
- Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), specifically in relation to supply chain methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Due to federal regulations, all qualified applicants must be US Citizens
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Supply Chain and procurement processes, transactions, and documents.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures and tools.
- Familiarity with databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- Experience with e2open Supply Chain products, Medius Sourcing applications, Webmethods
- Knowledge and understanding of Public Key Infrastructure, X509 certificates, SSL certificates, and SSL protocol.
- Experience with Web Applications.
- Understanding of mapping specifications and implementation guides a plus.
- Experience with xCBL and Oagis.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field is highly preferred
