As the AUR Integration Lead, you will:
• Support Systems Engineering in the development of the vehicle integration test plan, oversee the test lab configuration, and work with test engineering disciplines to ensure successful execution of vehicle development and acceptance testing.
• This position will cover all aspects of the design life cycle (proposal, baselining, execution, risk management and contract deliverables)
• Provide the interface between the CPS Flight Systems Program Office and the technical community to increase effectiveness, improve efficiency, and enhance value within the CPS program
• Support both the technical and production program managers to resolve technical issues relating the AUR
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer and/or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Develop efficient test practices through refined pass/fail criteria and automation
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time

Successful candidates typically have 9-14 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an Engineering, technical or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proposal/BOE development
• Technical Integration
• Background in Systems Engineering/Integration, Product Team project leadership, and/or program management
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, therefore U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired skills
• IMS development and CAM Experience
• Understanding of US Navy surface ships & weapon system applications
• Experience in moving from technical development into a production environment
• CPS or other large missile system experience in a technical and/or programmatic role
• Understanding of EGSE HW & SW and integration with missile systems
• Experience with data review, analysis and closed loop troubleshooting with Systems Engineering mindset
• Experience with integration of Weapon Control Systems
• Experience in flight test mission execution and CONOPs
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and utilizing test equipment such as oscopes, DMMs, BOBs
• Experience in generating op-orders, dispositioning QNs, Automation Framework
• Experience in working development and production environments, supporting FRBs and conducting root cause investigations
• Familiarity with EGSE scripts, debugging
• Active secret clearance

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
