This position is for a Systems Architecture Senior for a Skunk Works® effort in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will:
- Utilize model-based tools to develop systems and system element architecture, design, and interface definition.
- Design, develop and oversee system architectures, including complex systems and systems design activities.
- Ensure conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system.
- Serve as a focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture.
- Support internal and external design reviews.
- Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies and design and analysis methodologies.
- Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience with model-based architecture tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant must have a secret security clearance to start.

- BS from an accredited college (Technology or Aerospace related)
- 4 years related professional work experience
- Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo.
- Final Secret required prior start date

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $89,600 - $171,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
