Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst position is part of the Information Systems (IS) team. Providing systems and database administration/support for all data systems used by Allegany Group, as well as monitoring of network and systems performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct application testing and provide database management support.
• Create and maintain documentation as necessary for operational and security audits.
• Establish new users, manage access levels, and reset passwords.
• Analyze and route issues into the proper ticketing systems and update and close tickets in a timely manner.
• Devise and modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
• Monitor network and systems for performance, security, and other issues.
• Recommend, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade all computer and networking software and hardware.
• Translate requirements into new information technology project specifications.
• Coordinate support with third party vendors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree related to technology or computer science preferred.
• Experience in providing computer related support preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft technologies is a must.
• Familiarity with more advanced Microsoft products, such as Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and Windows Server.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

• Salary: BOE $59,000-75,100

Pay: $59,000.00 - $75,100.00 per year
