The MD, Head of WealthAssociate Onboarding & Readiness Experience is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for Associate Onboarding, learning journeys, and associate readiness and adoption of strategic initiatives across Wealth associate roles. The role will be responsible for leading a team of leaders and requires highly proficient leadership, training, and coaching ability. Also, the role will have a critical partnership with Enterprise Learning & Development teams to further develop and embed an effective training model and learning journey. The leader will work closely with leadership across the Wealth COO and Wealth Distribution organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops the strategic vision for Wealth business new hire onboarding and initial training through partnership with Wealth Distribution and Wealth Sales Enablement leaders.
- Designs, oversees, and continuously improves common aspects of the onboarding process (e.g., access, space, licensing, etc.) for all Wealth roles.
- Continuously evaluates new systems, tools, and processes used for Associate Onboarding and initial training in partnership with Learning and Development.
- Partners with enterprise Learning and Development and Wealth Distribution leadership to develop, maintain, and evolve training content for Wealth associate roles.
- Oversees Associate Onboarding process for common aspects across all Wealth roles then transitions associates to the appropriate functional teams for role-specific training.
- Liaise with key partners to develop and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Supports ongoing training needs for Wealth Associates.
- Monitors competitors and peer organizations to stay abreast of emerging trends in the wealth/ financial services industry and uses this information to secure the competitive position of the organization.
- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with Wealth Sales Enablement leaders, Wealth Distribution leaders, and key business partners in other business areas to drive effective strategies to equip and enable frontline associates to effectively serve our clients.
- Oversees the development, evolution, and maintenance of infrastructure for delivering tools and learning.
- Oversees a team of leaders responsible for learning experts and frontline role readiness associates that ensure relevant and timely training for Wealth associates.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback, as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, and to foster the engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8+ years of Wealth business strategy and enablement support experience, identifying wealth management onboarding and training trends.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
