Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs visitors in a neat and tidy reception area.
• Assists Residents by providing location information relating to activities, religious services, office locations, etc.
• Maintains an awareness of residents in lobby area who may be confused and who attempt to wander. Alerts Nursing of such potential incidents.
• Maintains current listing of Resident’s names and room numbers at the desk.
• Informs appropriate department of any deliveries to front desk.
• Connects incoming calls with person or office desired, paging if necessary, in accordance with outlined procedure. Takes and relays messages if party is not available.
• Assists with scheduling and transporting residents to and from Beauty Shop appointments.

Job Type:Full-Time

Salary:$17.69 per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in switchboard operation

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
